KIDK – 60 Rexburg signs removed, manifesto left on City Hall’s front door
Rexburg police say changes in city parking regulations likely prompted someone to take down 60 parking-control signs around Brigham Young University-Idaho and post a message opposing the changes on the door at city hall.
