Accepts all Insurance, unfortunately the school insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic.
Doctor Bio:
Dr. Booth originally grew up in Salt Lake, his wife Gina is originally from Rexburg, they have four children ranging from 20 years old down to 5 years old.

After years of her not being able to go outside during the summer due to severe grass allergies I took my daughter to the medical doctor. He had never seen a grass allergy come back so high on a blood test. We decided to try Dr. Booth before starting allergy shots. 3 visits to Dr. Booth and she mowed the lawn the rest of the summer. That was the Spring of 2009. She has not had allergy symptoms since.
